(1) Vendor needs to provide professional planning services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.– Provide professional services for the update of the Campus Master Plan.– The master plan is used to determine necessary facility requirements, building placement, and proposed campus expansion to support the proposed student enrolment.– Provide due diligence and technical support for the evaluation of proposed facilities in relation to the existing Campus Development Agreement (CDA) and applicable statutory requirements.– Analysis of statutory requirements for amendments to the Campus Master Plan.– Development of summary data necessary to assess statutory threshold requirements.– Evaluation of vested entitlements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
