The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to build restrooms at the mid-point of the MB Miller Pier. The restrooms will be permanent, thus eliminating the need for the portable restroom that is currently onsite. The design of the restrooms will leave the center portion of the pier free for pier patrons and emergency responders to traverse the pier without obstructions.
