(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Palm Desert, CA. – Clean, disinfect, and sanitize all restroom surfaces including to toilet bowls, toilet seats, bases, urinals, and washbasins using a germicidal solution.– Clean and polish all brightwork, including but not limited to, mirrors to remove mineral deposits and smudges.– Vacuum all carpeted areas, rugs, and mats to remove dust, dirt, and debris. Spot clean stains as necessary.– Sweep and wet mop all restroom floors with a germicidal cleaner.– Clean and sanitize janitorial utility sink and slop sinks to ensure a consistently fresh environment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 11, 2026.
