(1) Vendor needs to provide government relations services.– Provide an initial strategic work plan, regular written status reports, timely alerts, and stakeholder, legislative, funding, and action–item trackers.– Provide governmental relations, legislative advocacy, and strategic funding services.– Communication, assignments, tracking, meeting documentation, platforms, and coordination with other advisors.– Marketing materials and lengthy general firm descriptions are discouraged.– Governmental relationships, advocacy, and reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
