(1) Vendor needs to provide master plans service to the government authority located in Thornton, CO. – The first phase will include an analysis of existing conditions, housing and commercial economic conditions, and the components and original implementation recommendations.– Station area planning and transit–oriented development, market and development analyses, land use and policy evaluation, multimodal transportation planning, data–driven analysis, community engagement, and implementation planning.– Development approval process and regulation efficiency improvements– Community stakeholder engagement plan development, promotion and implementation.– Market conditions, displacement risk and development feasibility analysis.– Review of existing conditions, plans and initial insights.– Project management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
