Vendor needs to provide strategic plan tracking software. – Ability to track progress of Strategic Plan Desired Outcomes, objectives, and tactics.– Ability to have annual update forms completed in the system by responsible staff.– Ability for departments to upload PowerPoint slides for their scheduled update presentations to the functional teams, including reminders to upload. – Ability to link portions of the Strategic Plan to the Comprehensive Plan and track Comprehensive Plan progress.– Ability to track key performance indicators linked to the tactics, objectives, and desired outcomes.– AI capability to help turn the annual reports into one Strategic Plan progress report.– Ability to assign review of items to someone else.– Ability to sort/ filter tactics by functional team, objective, or Desired Outcome.– Ability to use the same numbering convention currently being used– Ability to check spelling and grammar– Ability to require completion of specific fields for submittal of information.
