(1) Vendor needs to provide microsoft power platform.A. New Solution Development– Work alongside –IT and departmental stakeholders to design and develop new Power Platform solutions.– Provide project management for the implementation efforts of new solutions in partnership with IT and stakeholders.– Provide architectural guidance and technical expertise for complex or cross–departmental initiatives. Support integration efforts with other enterprise systems as directed by IT.B. Solution Support and Enhancement– Collaborate with IT to provide support for existing Power Platform solutions, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enhancements.– Conduct assessments of legacy apps and flows in partnership with City staff to ensure alignment with governance and security standardC. Platform Governance and Strategy– Assist IT in developing and refining a governance framework, including environment strategy, policies, and access controls.– Support the documentation and implementation of platform standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle management practices.D. Citizen Development Enablement– Assist in the creation of training materials and delivery of enablement sessions to empower City staff as responsible citizen developers.– Support the establishment and operation of a Center of Excellence model in collaboration with IT.E. Monitoring and Reporting– Prepare monitoring reports, metrics and alerts as requested by ITF. Change Management and Adoption Support– Assist IT in developing and executing change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and user adoption planning.(2) A non–mandatory pre–submittal conference will be held on August 26, 2026.(3) All question must eb submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
