(1) Vendor needs to provide food operator service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Provide lease restaurant space in a 4752 sq./ft. space. – Lease, manage, and operate the designated restaurant space.• The Operator must maintain an adequate menu that includes:– Beverages such as bottled water, carbonated and non–carbonated drinks, and both hot and cold options.– Health–oriented snacks including fruit, vegetables, and protein items.– At least six (6) meal offerings such as salads, sandwiches, handheld items, or prepared foods.– Grab & Go options, including ready–to–eat packaged meals, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and similar quick–service items suitable for customers seeking expedited service.– Snack options beyond health–focused items, including chips, pretzels, nuts, and other permissible packaged snacks (not including prohibited items listed below).– Combo offers, pairing items such as a sandwich with a drink and snack, or salad with beverage, at a value price to enhance customer choice and operational efficiency.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
