(1) Vendor needs to provide artisan market operator services will enhance community vibrancy, provide opportunities to our residents and visitors, and operate independently with Town oversight and collaboration to the government authority located in Davie, FL.– Enhance the community and provide meaningful opportunities for small businesses to connect with residents.– Support local businesses, artisans, cottage food providers, and handmade crafters.– Provide access to fresh, locally sourced goods.– Offer diverse vendor options for all ages and interests.– Create a welcoming social gathering place– Marketing, signage and promotion of the Artisan Market: All signage must be reviewed and approved by the Town to ensure compliance with the sign code.– Collaborative marketing across Town social media, website, facilities, etc. will be in coordination with the Town.– Ensure all vendors behave and dress appropriately for a wholesome family event hosted in an open public setting.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
