(1) Vendor needs to provide plan check, back check and inspection services to the government authority located in Fresno, CA.1. Plan review and backcheck of commercial and residential projects, including complete buildings, building additions, and tenant improvements.2. Inspection services for commercial and residential projects, including building, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.3. Complete, partial, or single–discipline plan review with associated back–check, as applicable.4. Preparation and processing of permit plan sets and related details in compliance with City permit procedures and plan check requirements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
