(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Paramus, NJ.– General legal services as requested by the college including: preparation or review of resolutions to be adopted by the college.– General representation of the College in all matters, including, but not limited to, litigation, employment and labor matters, public procurements, construction and bidding activities, joint projects with other public entities, environmental compliance and contracting.– Legal advice on an as needed basis.– Attendance at regular, special, and emergency meetings of the college, as required.– Attendance at all other meetings that the College or its President deem necessary.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
