(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services for HVAC system improvements to the government authority located in Richland, WA. – Provide professional services for the evaluation, design, bidding, and construction support of HVAC system improvements.– The selected consultant will review available existing–condition information, verify system conditions and replacement needs, develop the recommended improvements, and prepare complete construction documents and specifications.• Review existing HVAC assessments, service reports, as–built drawings, maintenance records, and other available documentation provided by the agency.• Perform site investigation and field verification of existing HVAC equipment and systems.• Evaluate equipment condition, capacity, performance, remaining useful life, and repair versus replacement needs.• Identify additional deficiencies or system components that should be addressed as part of the project.• Develop recommendations for the preferred HVAC system improvements.• Provide architectural design and coordination necessary to accommodate the HVAC improvements, including affected ceilings, roof areas, equipment penetrations, access requirements, and finish restoration.• Develop or update existing–condition/as–built documentation as necessary to support design.• Participate in pre–bid activities as requested.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
