Vendor needs to provide master–at–arms career training continuum instructional support services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.• Contract instructors shall assist in classroom and laboratory preparation, including ranges and remote training sites, student administration, test proctoring, training equipment and gear issue, and safety procedures to avoid interruptions in the training day. Instructors shall promote a safe and secure environment conducive to learning for courses.• This course of instruction involves classroom and hands–on instruction in use of force continuum, non– lethal weapons, weapons training, firearms training, security reaction force tactics, antiterrorism, active shooter response, and basic LE to include sentry duties, force protection conditions, physical security safeguards, search and seizure, apprehension, as well as use and application of force and confrontation management as they pertain to security forces.• Training will include firearms safety, night vision/combat optics, crew served weapons overview, service pistol operation, pistol marksmanship fundamentals, M4 service rifle operation, rifle marksmanship fundamentals, M500 service shotgun, shotgun marksmanship fundamentals and clearing barrel supervisor.• Training will include course introduction, safety, personal health, operational risk management, ethics, law enforcement stress management, suicide awareness, and national incident management system.
