TRWD is hereby inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide services for the MCIWRP and EMBR2 Environmental Studies and Permitting. A separate RFSOQ has procured Engineering Design Services for the project. The environmental firm will need to will need to coordinate throughout the project with the engineering design firm to ensure the project schedule and quality goals are achieved.
