(1) Vendor needs to provide general custodial services to the government authority located in Sarasota, FL.i. Empty, wipe down, clean, and sanitize all trash and recycling hardscape containers and lids, interior and exterior. Replace liners as required herein.ii. Empty, clean, and sanitize ashtray containers.iii. Clean and sanitize benches, bike racks, map kiosks, and water fountains.iv. Collect loose litter, debris, and cigarette butts in all areas.v. General housekeeping of the gazebo area.vi. Replace light bulbs as needed for the map kiosks(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 8,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
