2023 RFP Park and Landscape Maintenance Agreement

The County of Yuba is accepting proposals for the 2023 County Of Yuba Park And Landscape Maintenance Agreement. Bids will be received electronically by Yuba County Public Works at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/yuba . All bid materials can also be acquired on this same website. No printed documents will be supplied. The work will generally consist of weekly maintenance of parks and landscape along roadways and center medians throughout Yuba County, primarily in County Service Areas (CSAs). Forms, provisions, and site location descriptions for the work are contained in the bid packet. Please refer to the included Agreement for work scope and specifications. Please see Attachments F and G for detailed location information. The County of Yuba wishes to enter into a two-year (2-year) agreement with a contractor to provide the service of landscape maintenance. The contract may be extended for three (3) additional one-year (1-year) periods for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years upon satisfactory contract performance and upon approval each year by written, mutual Agreement. The Agreement will only be filled out and signed by the successful bidder after the contract is awarded. Please note closest date of January 12, 2023 for the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference.
