(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Services required include but are not limited to cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, break rooms, kitchenettes, and trash/recycle bins emptied with content disposed.– The glass windows, doors, and counters at the front lobby entrance to the office shall be cleaned and dusted with each visit to provide a clean inviting appearance. – Door handles and door vents shall appear polished and free of handprints, dust and cobwebs. – Floors are free of obvious dirt and debris. – No dirt in corners, crevices. – Entrance areas around outside doors are swept free of dirt, cobwebs, leaves, and debris. – Interior walls, doorways, desk areas, ceilings, corners, behind doors, and anywhere cobwebs collect on the interior of the building are free of cobwebs.
