Vendor needs to provide conflict attorney service to the government authority located in New Brunswick, NJ.– On an as–needed basis, as directed by the Planning Board chairman or Zoning Board chairman, provide legal representation to the board or boards when the board attorney is unable to do so for reasons of conflict of interest or other reasons that preclude the board attorney from representing the board. – Legal representation may include attendance at board meetings, preparation of board resolutions for matters decided by the board and representation of the boards’ legal actions in which the boards are named and for which the conflict attorney is providing representation to the board.
