(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation data marketplace service to the government authority located in College Park, MD. • Provided real–time and historical tools for operations and planning, established verifiable accuracy standards for travel time and speed data, and under terms and conditions that allowed the data to be shared among members• Transportation data – transportation data refers to data sets that provide infrastructure, planning, or operational data on the performance of the roadway network and/or movement of roadway users on the transportation network • Transportation data analytics – transportation data analytics refers to the electronic tools, dashboards, and web sites that provide for ease of data management, access, visualization, or interpretation of transportation data.• Transportation data services – transportation data services refers to functions needed with respect to transportation data. • Transforming transportation data into different map representations (referred to as conflation), encoding transportation data into standardized georeferencing formats, and communicating critical traveler information data to specific audiences such as freight drivers(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026
