(1) Vendor needs to provide professional medical services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. • Capable of providing required physical examinations and medical tests to selected employees in each of the locations.• Provide medical examinations to employees as directed by the Agency• Provide records as requested by Agency of designated third–party administrators• Maintenance of medical records until the end of the contract period.• Pre–employment: within one week of the new hire notification of employment• Special and Laboratory Examinations• Provide health–screening packets for each covered employee to complete prior to the appointment(2) The contract period will be for three years.
