– Vendor needs to provide cloud–based regarding inspection public records redaction software. – Provide regarding inspection of public records redaction software.– Automated Detection and Redaction – Video and Images:• Automatically detect and render unidentifiable faces and heads, including profiles and the backs of heads, so that individuals cannot be identified.• Detect and redact additional visual identifiers, including full bodies, license plates, computer and mobile screens, and documents or identification cards visible within the frame.• Allow manual selection of any additional object, person, or region for redaction that the automated detection does not capture.– Automated Detection and Redaction – Audio:• Automatically transcribe spoken audio and identify the languages the solution supports.• Redact spoken sensitive information from the audio track based on the transcript including names, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, and dates of birth by muting or replacing it with a consistent, distinct tone.• Preserve synchronization between the redacted audio and video tracks.– Redaction of Written and Document Records:• Redact personally identifiable and protected information from written records including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver licenses and account numbers, health information, and other personal identifiers across common formats such as PDF, Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, email, and image files.• Automatically identify (classify or flag) protected or potentially exempt content, rather than only applying redactions after a user has manually marked each item. Indicate whether the tool can both identify content that may require redaction and apply the redaction.– Metadata Redaction:• Detect and remove embedded metadata prior to release including GPS/location data, device serial numbers, and personal identifiers and verify that such data has been removed from the released file.– Platform–Agnostic Ingestion and File Formats:• Accept footage from any camera, CCTV, or dashcam brand and from non–proprietary sources. Respondents are asked to list all supported input formats.• Import evidence from a device, from cloud evidence systems and from removable media.
