EXTRA-73969 - USA (Schnecksville, Pennsylvania) - Campus Bookstore Operation Service - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide campus bookstore operation service to the government authority located in Schnecksville, PA.      – Providing a full–service Bookstore with the highest caliber of services delivered to the college community.– It is essential that the Bookstore be managed with maximum sensitivity to the needs and concerns of our students, faculty and staff. – The services and innovation expected of a high–quality college bookstore.– To facilitate Vendors submitting the Access Complete programs, textbook book lists, and credit hours per course for 2025–26 have been provided in a separate, MS Excel file.– Should the College accept the Access Complete program, the physical book orders for which students have selected shipping to the bookstore for pickup, the Vendor the book orders will be shipped either by each order broken out by individual student or in mass to be pulled by student order when the student arrives.(2) A virtual mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(4) The contract period will be five years.
