(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce development and pathway building consultant service to the government authority located in Ohio.– Design and deliver workforce development activities, career exploration, and pathway exposure experiences.– Support alignment to career pathways, employer engagement, and postsecondary awareness.– Advise on industry partnerships, work–based learning design, and participant readiness strategies.– Provide recommendations and reporting on pathway–building outcomes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
