(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental health apps maintenance, support and enhancement services. • Provide comprehensive maintenance, support and enhancement services for five agency–owned environmental health applications: MICLEAR, MICARD, MICLPS, MITOX, and STaRR. • Deliver reliable, scalable and secure application support within the agency’s next generation digital infrastructure.• Provide all equipment, tools, software, and technology necessary to perform the required services, this includes computers, mobile devices, peripherals and any specialized hardware or software needed to support, maintain or enhance the system.• Provide and maintain reliable internet connectivity, secure network access, and any related infrastructure required for remote or on‑site support activities.• Sustainment of existing functionality across all five applications, ensuring stable day to day operations for agency program staff, local health departments, laboratories, providers and public users.• Support and troubleshooting services.• Enhancement and modernization activities to improve usability, reporting, interoperability, workflow efficiency and compliance with evolving program needs and legislative requirements.• Preservation and security of agency data.• Integration support.• Scale appropriate performance.• Transition readiness.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
