ZM-MOT-437846-CS-INDV The Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Zambia Green, Resilient and Transformational Tourism Development Project (GREAT-TDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to hire a Senior Tourism Advisor. The Senior Tourism Advisor is to support the Ministry of Tourism (MoT) in its effort to develop sustainable tourism and strengthen technical capacities, with a focus on reviewing and redesigning tourism-related policies in line with the Ministry’s objectives; improve the functionality of the Ministry and provide strategic direction and guidance. More details in terms of the scope of work and qualification are contained in the terms of reference. The attention of interested Candidates is drawn to paragraph 3.14 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations Nov 2020 (Fourth Edition), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest which requires that firms or individuals involved in Bank IPF procurement shall not have a conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Based Selection (IC) method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
