(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Chesterfield, VA.– Develop and manage the County’s groundwater and corrective action monitoring programs to ensure regulatory compliance in accordance with the state solid waste management regulations.– Perform all services under the supervision of a Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist registered to practice in the Commonwealth of State.– Supervise any construction or well drilling activities; post closure inspections and certifications relative to the groundwater–monitoring program; groundwater monitoring and system management, processing landfill permit amendments; sampling, statistical analysis, data validation; quarterly, semi–annual and annual sampling and reporting.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
