EXTRA-71988 - USA (Georgia) - Facility Management Services - Deadline July 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide facility management services to the government authority located in Georgia.– Services includes Janitorial services for the Aviation Administration Center (AAC) building, parking deck, pedestrian bridges, exterior grounds, and all associated infrastructure, systems, and common–use areas. – Service Provider shall be responsible for delivering all the services necessary to maintain the Facility.– Establish and maintain a comprehensive facility management program to ensure that all facility systems, spaces, and assets remain operational, safe, and in compliance with regulatory requirements(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
