Description
The Village Community Development Districts is seeking a qualified, professional licensed Contractor with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in providing HVAC mechanical installation as their primary services. These services are to consist of, but not limited to, HVAC removal, disposal, and installation of new HVAC equipment at three District properties listed herein. Contractor shall provide all adequate and appropriate labor, supervision, parts and materials, equipment, plans, permitting, and Sub-contractors required to ensure the replacement systems are brought online safely and compliantly.
