(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning, workforce alignment and innovation center study service.– provide the District with objective, data–informed analysis and actionable recommendations to support future agency, career–connected learning, and Innovation Center planning.– The Project is intended to assist agency in evaluating workforce needs, existing agencyprogramming, potential career pathways and programming opportunities, student andstakeholder needs, regional partnerships, and other considerations relevant to future agency and Innovation Center planning.– Agency characteristics include:– curious thinkers;– creative problem solvers;– engaged citizens;– empathetic communicators;– resilient lifelong learners; and– responsible teammates.– The selected Offeror shall consider agency mission, vision, values, agency,Strategic Plan, and broader educational priorities when evaluating career pathways,programming opportunities, partnerships, and recommendations developed through theProject. Recommendations shall support agency goal of preparing students for successfultransitions to postsecondary education, technical training, employment, and other futureopportunities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
