(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency operations center design services to the government authority located in New York.– Provide professional assessment, planning, and design services for the development of a centralized emergency operations center (EOC).– Services include evaluating existing conditions and infrastructure, defining operational and technology requirements, developing architectural and engineering designs, preparing technical specifications and supporting documentation.– Producing a comprehensive design package for a resilient, scalable, and technology–enabled EOC.– Consultant will also provide planning–level cost estimates, equipment recommendations, and related advisory services.– Build a secure, adaptable, technology–driven emergency operations center that serves as:• The University’s central coordination hub during emergencies• A strategic command center for crisis management• A resilient and scalable operational environment• A dual–use training and preparedness facility– Services may include reviewing shop drawings, revising designs based on feedback, analyzing submittals, reviewing materials, reviewing construction vendor questions, and performing site visits.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
