Fire Services Consultants

The City of Anaheim Fire Department (hereinafter referred to as “City”) invites proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Proposers”) interested in providing staffing support in the area of Fire Services on an as-needed basis for plan review and fire inspection services. The type of staffing support to be provided is thoroughly described in “Scope of Services.” The awarded Contract(s) will be an Agreement between the City and the selected Proposer(s) (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). In addition to the services outlined in "Scope of Services", the City is seeking enhanced service options that are not limited to traditional services that may be provided at the consultant’s office or on site at the City offices. With the projected workload increase because of several large, long-term projects, we are entertaining service options that include consistent after-hour services as well as regular on construction site services. Please include these and other creative service options in your proposal and fee structure. These enhanced services will be key in helping determine qualified applicants.
