(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations and social media services. – Provide planning, coordination, implementation and administration of PR and social media strategies, including:  • Public relations services:– Develop and execute media outreach strategies.– Secure earned media placements in local, regional, national and California markets.– Draft a monthly article submitted to the downtown news.– Provide crisis communications support.• Promote:– Agency as a premier destination.– Special events and seasonal promotions.– New projects and businesses.• Social media management:– Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X (formerly Twitter) with potential expansion to other platforms as needed.• Deliver:– 2–3 posts per week– Content strategy development– Strategic ad placement and boosting– Creation and management of event pages– Audience engagement and inquiry response(2) The contract period will be for one year.
