(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal underwriting, bond and investment banking services to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide municipal underwriting, bond and investment banking services to assist the city in marketing future refunding, new money, and other financing transactions.– A debt schedule for the issue that includes principal and interest requirements, as well as the true interest cost.– Identify potential investors and create and implement successful marketing and salesStrategies for the city’s securities.– A written discussion of any circumstances relating to the market or the city’s offering that may have impacted the sale results.– Underwrite and inventory unsold balances at prevailing market prices/yields than existing.– Management of co–managing underwriters to include maintenance of records of the– Account, negotiation of sale of bonds, preliminary and final pricing, taking orders andOther services associated with book–running senior managing underwriters.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
