RENTAL-2824 - USA (Brookings, South Dakota) - Speedway Lease and Operate Service - Deadline November 3,2026

Vendor needs to provide speedway lease and operate service to the government authority located in Brookings, SD. – Lessee will be responsible for overseeing the day–to–day operation of the speedway, including race scheduling, race–day operations, facility upkeep, customer service and marketing, while ensuring a safe, well–maintained and positive experience for racers, teams, spectators and visitors. • Managing all speedway operations, including: race scheduling, registration, race–day operations, track marshal services, pit and paddock coordination, racer and spectator services, and other activities directly related to kart racing.• Coordinate race–day operations and facility access according to the established race schedule and approved operating hours.• Maintain and establish a race schedule, race procedures, facility rules, and other operational policies necessary for the safe and efficient conduct of kart races.• Maintain a positive working relationship with racers, racing organizations, community groups and the agency.• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and overall facility upkeep through mowing, solid waste removal and general maintenance items of the sort.• Conduct financial operations including race fee and other revenue tracking and reporting.• Maintaining records and finances in a manner that will allow the agency to audit accounting procedures, internal controls, records, supporting documents and any additional documents/practices throughout the duration of this agreement.
