Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental program support service to the government authority located in Washington. • Assist with monitoring the abundance, vigor, and distribution of plants, animals, and habitats on the Hanford Site. Assist with evaluating the cumulative impacts of Site operations on biological resources and provide mitigation recommendations appropriate to the identified impacts.• Provide technical expertise in developing species–specific and landscape–level ecological resource monitoring plans, strategies and methods. Assist with the execution of monitoring plans including field surveys and reporting (e.g., on ground, aerial, aquatic, etc).• Conduct waste site and post mitigation native revegetation monitoring using Daubamire plots and shrub survival transects.• Provide weekly status updates and electronic copies of data collected.• Assist in conducting surveys and monitoring compliance with applicable requirements during appropriate times of year to document changes in biological resources, species, and habitats.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
