(1) Vendor needs to provide legal representation service to the government authority located in UT.• Provide legal representation for respondents in guardianship cases as appointed by the court.• Legal representation of the respondent must continue until the case is resolved, even if that time exceeds that average of 10 hours as stated• Provide legal representation to the respondent as needed, even if the hours exceed the average number of hours initially contemplated.• The agency and / or firm may choose the attorney to fill the appointment(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
