CONS-23511 - USA (Boston, Massachusetts) - 12 Channel Fire Pump and Controller Replacement Service - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide 12 channel fire pump and controller replacement service to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – The scope will include a kick–off meeting, design development, construction document, public bidding assistance, and construction management tasks as follows:• Kick–off meeting• Design development:– Develop design and provide concept plans and cost estimates for replacing the pump at agency’s current location and relocating the pump to the first floor for agency’s review and select either option to move forward for design.• Construction documents.• Public bidding assistance.• Construction management:– Construction phase services will include attending regular on–site/virtual construction meetings with the contractor, conducting site visits and inspections as required and providing reports of site visits and inspections as applicable, reviewing and approving submittals, responding to requests for information, reviewing change orders, providing punchlist and close out documents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026. (3) Pre–bid conference (In–Person) will be held on September 2, 2026.
