(1) Vendor needs to provide third referee appointee services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Third referees appointed by the commissioner to review and evaluate insurance company cancellation, modification or expiration of independent fire and casualty insurance agent contracts.– Review of insurance agent contract cancellation, modification, or expiration.– Review of disputes as to amount of loss in a fire insurance claim.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
