(1) Vendor needs to provide employment services to the government authority located in Santa Ana, CA.– Provide Employment Service (ES), which includes Subsidized Employment (SE), Vocational Training (VT) and Job Search and Job Readiness Assistance (JSR).– Provide services in a manner responsive to participants that are sensitive to the ethnic, literacy, language, and sociocultural needs of the participants.– Provide job development services to seek and develop job opportunities in the community appropriate to the skills and experience of the pool of Participants.– Develop employer and community contacts to facilitate seeking job leads.– Recruit employers with job opportunities that include job growth opportunities.– Provide job development and placement activities to assist participants.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
