(1) Vendor needs to provide peer recovery support specialists services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– Provide Suicide, Opioid, and Substance Abuse Prevention and Outreach Services, as well as Crisis Intervention Training.– Peer Recovery Support Specialists, provided that such staff possess the appropriate training, lived experience, or professional background necessary to safely deliver suicide prevention, opioid and overdose response, and substance use outreach services.– Provide rapid response (typically within one hour) to meet with victims, family members, or natural support in the community or hospital.– Engage with the victim post–crisis to build rapport, initiate re–entry planning, coordinate immediate care and provide education.– Distribute naloxone and provide overdose prevention education.– Assist victims in accessing initial treatment options and support resources.– Provide victims with personalized navigation assistance for follow–up care, long–term services, and treatment referrals.(2) A Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
