Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish an optional-use term contract with one or more qualified suppliers (Offerors or Contractors) through competitive negotiation, to provide Temporary Personnel Services on an as needed basis, to the Commonwealth of Virginia agencies, institutions of higher education, or other public bodies (collectively âAuthorized Usersâ as defined in the Code of Virginia §2.2-1110, 2.2-1120, and 2.2-4301. The Commonwealthâs intent is to award multiple contracts per zone, per lot. Any contract that may result from this solicitation will be established and managed by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of General Services (DGS), Division of Purchases and Supply (DPS).
