(1) Vendor needs to provide general transportation studies services to the government authority located in Glendale, AZ. – Provide general transportation study services for selected transportation needs.  – Provide various transportation studies including, assessments, planning and management, and design and cost estimating.• Study services:– General project administration services.– Studies and assessments: Conduct various types of transportation studies and assessments, including, but not limited to, speed studies, signal warrant studies, safety studies, signal timing studies, and capacity analysis, roadway safety assessments and other transportation studies/assessments, as requested by the agency.– GIS services: provide the agency with GIS services. Including but not limited to, data entry, and creating various maps.– General drafting services: Provide the agency with general drafting services.• Design services:– Preliminary design/project scoping report: prepare a preliminary design/scoping report, which incorporates the findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on available data and information.– Basis of design report: prepare a Basis of Design Report that outlines the detailed design criteria needed to prepare the drawings and specifications, lists the applicable codes and standards, and lists the required permits and any special design requirements necessary for the project. – Drawings and specifications: prepare the contract drawings and specifications.(2) Pre–bid conference will be held on August 5, 2026.
