(1) Vendor needs to provide host community service to the government authority located in _ . – Provide host community with a thriving, collaborative arts ecosystem to host the 2027 and 2028 conferences.– Provide strengthen public commitment to and funding for the arts and creativity through advocacy, civic engagement, and education.– Local makers, grassroots organizations, and civic leaders want to showcase their creative ecosystem to approximately 150 visiting artists, administrators, and advocates from across the state.– Community, local arts partners, and your vision for co–hosting to celebrate your unique regional culture.– Provide a brief overview of local artists, musicians, or cultural assets to showcase throughout the event.– Highlights of nearby creative spaces, downtown districts, or outdoor areas suitable for special off–site gatherings.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 3, 2026.
