(1) Vendor needs to provide digital earthwork take–off and GPS machine control Modeling software. – Digital Earthwork Take–off and GPS Machine Control Modeling Software shall be a new, current model.– Procuring and implementing specialized earthwork Modeling software used to generate accurate cut/fill calculations, create 3D surface models, and produce GPS compatible machine control files for construction equipment.– Organization needs a modern software solution to support construction estimating, pre construction planning, site Modeling, and GPS machine control workflows.– The selected solution will replace or supplement older earthwork systems currently in use and must support current digital file types and modern data sources such as CAD files, PDFs, and aerial/drone mapping.– software must include:– Ability to import 2D/3D CAD files, PDF plans, survey data, and other standard digital formats.– Tools for creating, editing, and verifying digital terrain models.– Automatic and manual cut/fill volume calculations.– Support for Modeling utilities, trenches, and grading surfaces.– Export capabilities for GPS machine control file formats commonly used in modern earthmoving equipment.– Visualization tools, preferably including 3D terrain views.– Modern licensing options (cloud based or traditional) and multi document workflows.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
