CONS-24093 - USA (Palm Desert, California) - Constructed Habitat Feasibility Study and Workplan Update Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide constructed habitat feasibility study and workplan update services to the government authority located in Palm Desert, CA. – Provide professional environmental, engineering, water quality, and habitat restoration services to complete a feasibility study and update constructed habitat workplan.– Feasibility study will provide the technical basis for determining whether the relocated project is feasible at the street location and, if feasible, will inform the update to the constructed habitat workplan.– Project area and site feasibility:– Available acreage and parcel configuration.– Habitat acreage requirements.– Existing site conditions.– Habitat requirements:– Feasibility study shall use the habitat requirements established in the existing work plan and applicable commitments as the basis for evaluating the relocated project.– Water supply evaluation:– Water supply shall be a primary component of the feasibility study.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
