HEALTH-10509 - USA (Louisville, Kentucky) - Occupational Health Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational health services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.– Shall provide the Services herein so to support the work and efforts of the Authority’s staff in managing pre–employment screening, return to work, fitness for duty, work injury treatment, physical examinations, and drug free workplace program.– Shall provide physical examination and medical treatment as appropriate by a medical professional for occupational injuries as well as coordinate with the Authority’s designated workers compensation provider for medical assessment, follow–up, referral to a specialist as needed, fitness for duty, and medical records,– Provide case coordination and case management for work–related injuries and Employees– The case management system must be designed so that the injured/ill employee is closely monitored, and medical care is coordinated in conjunction with the Authority’s Worker’s Compensation administrator from the time of injury until the case is closed,(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for three years.
