Legacy PowerCampus Student Information System – Software Support and Maintenance

Keyano College (the “College”) hereby gives notice that it is awarding a contract to Ellucian Technologies Canada ULC for continued software support and maintenance services for the College’s existing PowerCampus Student Information System. PowerCampus is the College’s existing legacy Student Information System and must remain operational during the College’s transition to its replacement software systems. The College has already entered into a separate contract for the replacement systems, and implementation of that new solution is currently underway. Until the replacement systems are fully implemented, stabilized, and ready to assume the required operational functions, the College must continue to maintain and support PowerCampus. The services being awarded to Ellucian are therefore required to preserve continuity of service, access to the existing system, software maintenance, technical support, and operational stability during the transition period.
