(1) Vendor needs to provide EV charging assessment and feasibility study services to the government authority located in Lexington, KY.– The potential for establishing a sustainable and effective EV charging infrastructure network across the state, considering site–specific factors, infrastructure readiness, environmental impacts, and regulatory compliance.– The Consultant or firm is expected to understand the requirements and how to communicate with and support the varied stakeholders.– The strategies to support the vision, including approaches to gain consensus on the placement of EV chargers that can be implemented across a diverse region and across multiple sectors including both public and private.– Environmental Assessment• For the optimal EV charging locations identified, conduct a high–level environmental impact assessment to flag the potential environmental impacts to consider at each proposed site.• Identify any mitigation strategies for minimizing the impact on local wildlife, ecosystems, and resources.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
