(1) Vendor needs to provide consultancy for leather and essential oils advancement program communications campaign service. • Review existing Leather and Essential Oils Advancement Program programme documentation, results, data, reports and relevant communications materials.• Consult with the LE Leather and Essential Oils Advancement Program AP Programme • Manager, technical leads, MEL and Communications teams to understand programme priorities and available evidence.• Develop a detailed six–month communications campaign plan covering November 2026 to April 2027.• Develop an editorial calendar identifying themes, stories, audiences, channels, formats and proposed publication dates.• Identify priority enterprises, interventions, milestones and stakeholders suitable for storytelling.• Develop a story–selection framework to ensure that content reflects both leather and essential oils and a range of leather and essential oils advancement program interventions.• Recommend appropriate communications formats for different audiences and messages.• Enterprise and Stakeholder Storytelling• Technical and Sector Storytelling• Multimedia Content• Thought Leadership and Knowledge Products• Campaign Implementation(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
