(1) Vendor needs to provide technical writing and support services to the government authority located in Aurora, CO.• Immerse in agency operations, organizational structure, and the Department Master Plan (Our Parks, Our Places) to ensure all Accreditation materials align completely with strategic Departmental goals.• Review current Department policies, procedures, manuals, and operational documentation, conducting a rigorous gap analysis to systematically evaluate compliance against active agency Standards.• Serve as the Department’s definitive subject matter expert on all agency published metrics and compliance updates.• Create and maintain a comprehensive agency master checklist and develop a robust, cloud–accessible, Department–wide tracking system to monitor real–time completion progress of all Accreditation requirements.• Streamline and coordinate comprehensive document requests across internal divisions and external municipal departments to eliminate information silos and ensure timely data collection.• Standardize document formatting, typography, structure, and organization, verify that all evidence meets strict agency documentation criteria, and meticulously package final submission materials.• Build and maintain an intuitive, highly organized, and securely accessible electronic document repository to serve as the secure, single storage for all Accreditation files.• Gap Analysis Report: Comprehensive audit of existing agency files against the Fundamental Standards.• Evidence Repository Structure: Standardized folder hierarchy built in the agency’s SharePoint files.• Finalized Timeline and Milestones: Master grid including all chapters and staff assignments.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
